Salary
Royal Freemasons offer an excellent salary package including base salary, superannuation and salary packaging.
Salary Packaging
As a not-for-profit organisation, Royal Freemasons are able to offer employees the opportunity to salary package. Salary packaging is a way of structuring your income so that you can pay for a wide range of every day items and expenses whilst paying less tax. The service is approved by the Australia Tax office and managed for Royal Freemasons by Selectus, a leading national employee administration group. Laptops, cars, mortgages or credit card repayments - you can choose what you want to package. The amount deducted from your salary is not assessed as taxable income, which means you end up with more money in your back pocket.

Tools of the trade
At Royal Freemasons, we ensure that out staff have everything they need to do to the best job they can. Selected roles at the organisation will receive a number of benefits including:
Company Vehicle
Chosen from a list of 'company approved vehicles' solely for your use and occasional use of your partner or spouse, the vehicle will be purchased, registered, insured and fully maintained by the Royal Freemasons. A deduction will be made from your fringe benefit component of your salary package or after tax income to cover the cost of the provision of the vehicle.
Laptop
For positions that involve frequent travel or are stationed at remote locations, a laptop will be provided by Royal Freemasons and may be used within the existing guidelines as defined by the IT department.
Mobile Phone
For positions that require you to be contacted 'off-site' or after normal hours, a mobile phone will be provided. Private calls will be deducted in accordance with the company Telephone procedure.
Health Insurance
Provided by LaTrobe Health, all Royal Freemasons' employees can take advantage of reduced Health Insurance of around 6.5% off the normal rates. Employee Assistance Program
At Royal Freemasons, we make every effort to ensure that our staff are happy and content both in the work place and in their personal lives.
