Darvall Lodge
As Eric Britt"s niece I would like to express my thanks for making Eric so welcome and comfortable in his new home. Not having any previous experience with nursing homes etc., I have been so happy with every aspect of dealings with Darvall Lodge. The staff have been wonderful from the beginning. There is always a smiling face from Stella in reception and then every member of staff I meet after entering the doors. Eric is very contented and to me this is everything. Thank you.

Coppin Hostel
My father had so many happy times with you. Indeed we were amazed at the changes he made from a quiet isolated existence to a busy happy lifestyle. He joined the men"s groups, played his snooker games with his new friends, enjoyed bowls, walking and socializing like we ad never seen him.
We as a family wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for the loving, kind and professional care he received. To the staff that provided the extra attention above and beyond their job description we will be eternally grateful.
