Centennial Lodge
Centennial Lodge follows the commitment to care, excellence and choice that has earned the Royal Freemasons an enviable reputation for providing modern, comfortable aged care accommodation throughout Victoria. With a dedicated team of professional staff, a friendly community where you can meet both old friends and new, plus a wide range of professional services and resources available on site, Centennial Lodge is an ideal option for those looking to provide for loved ones needing higher levels of care.
Centennial Lodge compromises three houses; Raleigh House offers a safe secure environment with specially designed programs for residents living with dementia, Lewis House provides general aged care accommodation and services, while Windsor House is an Extra Service option and operates under a different fee structure with increased levels of hospitality. (Please contact the Administration Office at Windsor House for further information, or click on the link below).
Single and double rooms are beautifully appointed and furnished with beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, over bed tables and facilities for a private telephone. Residents are encouraged to bring items of sentimental value, artwork, a TV, favourite piece of furniture or chair to help them feel comfortable in their new home. The shared spaces include a gracious lounge and attractive dining areas, as well as landscaped gardens and sun-filled courtyards with a barbecue area. Many residents use these areas to socialise or spend time with friends and family, who are always welcome to visit. Off street parking is provided and we are happy to help with arrangements for special occasions and family celebrations.
An Active Lifestyle
Quality of life is an important aspect of Royal Freemasons' commitment to holistic care, and at Centennial Lodge, we give our residents every opportunity to experience a full, active and rewarding lifestyle. A wide range of activities is available including: art and craft, bowls, pottery, cooking, cards, music, bus trips and visits from entertainers and community groups. Newspapers and magazines can be ordered for delivery and residents can also visit our own on-site hairdresser.
Committed to Care
At Centennial Lodge, we are committed to a client centred service model of care. A dedicated team of allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational and music therapists, provides stimulating programs, which promote independence and well being for all residents.
With superb on-site facilities and 24-hour care and support provided by a highly trained team of professional staff, residents can expect the high standards of service that have been a hallmark of Royal Freemasons since it was first founded in 1867. The Director of Nursing manages the Lodge, while a team of doctors and highly skilled and experienced Division 1 nurses ensures that best practice personal care is given to all residents.
