Accomodation Bond Options
In recognition of the potential financial benefits to Royal Freemasons of paying a higher bond we are pleased to offer financial concessions to residents. We would encourage you to consider these options in consultation with your financial advisor. If you opt to pay a bond in excess of the amount stated below you have the choice of receiving a reduction in either your Basic Daily Care Fee or in both the bond retention amount* and your Basic Daily Care Fee.
If you opt to pay a bond in excess of $225,000 above the maximum required bond you will receive a further $3 per day reduction in their Basic Daily Care Fee for each additional $25,000 of bond paid.
If you decide to pay an accommodation bond above the maximum required bond please advise us in writing of the amount you wish to pay and whether you want to have the concessions apply just to the Basic Daily Care Fee or to both the bond retention amount and the Basic Daily Care Fee.
