The Perfect Place for all Your Needs

Enjoy a life of comfort and care within a community of like-minded individuals.

When the time comes to assess one's ability to live independently, or for family members to consider care options for a loved parent or relative, the choices can be overwhelming. Everything revolves around establishing an environment where the individual can feel comfortable, living a secure, dignified and rewarding life. This recognition of individual needs and choices is one of the qualities that set Royal Freemasons apart. The organisation offers a range of low and high care accommodation options for elderly Victorians. We follow a model of care, which promotes quality, choice and independence throughout the ageing process by providing for any changes in the resident's needs without necessarily having to move locations.

Low care accommodation is available to 150 residents at Coppin Community Hostel, conveniently located adjacent to St Kilda Road in Melbourne. Those looking to continue to lead an active and rewarding lifestyle, but with the reassurance that the correct care and support is available should it be required, will enjoy individual and group activities and the regular calendar of daily outings to events and attractions around Melbourne. An extensive range of specialist health services and a dedicated team of high trained staff are on hand to ensure best practice care is given to all residents.

Our four Lodges in metropolitan Melbourne provide high care and specialist secure dementia care for over 250 residents. Offering both double and single rooms with en suite bathrooms, our Lodges combine the best medical, nursing and paramedical care, to give residents the opportunity to receive care they need while still being able to stay close to family and friends, in an area they have lived for many years. The Lodges offer a wide range of social and cultural activities. Clients enjoy delicious home cooked meals served in elegant surroundings. There are spacious communal areas and gardens, and friends and family are encouraged to visit.

Our Residential Transition Care program, at Coppin Community Hostel, gives clients the opportunity to go through the recuperation process outside of the hospital system, while still providing them with access to a full range of medical, nursing and allied health services required to make a speedy and full recovery.
