Tailored to Your Needs
Once you have been accepted for one of the Community Care Packages, Royal Freemasons will arrange for one of our Care Managers to visit you in your home where they will discuss with you, your family or a representative the options available to meet your needs. After further consultation with medical and allied health professionals, your Care Manager will develop a carefully planned and coordinated care package based on individual needs, preferences and cultural background and tailored to your requirements.
The package will be delivered by a member of Royal Freemasons team of experience community care staff who will visit you at home to undertake the agreed care and support services as detailed in your Care Plan. Unlike other providers, we don't use agency staff, so it's always the same familiar face coming to your door.
The services and care provided cover a wide range of different tasks and chores, which elderly clients find hard to deal with on their own. From helping someone prepare for a day outing and making sure the necessary transport has been arranged, through to monitoring medications and technical nursing care, the community care packages make living at home easier, safer and more enjoyable.
